Attached is the master allocation spreadsheet showing FY16 mid-year budget reductions (January and March General Revenue reductions and March Gross Production reduction) broken down by higher education institutions and programs.

Information on higher education program reductions (National Guard Waivers, Concurrent Enrollment, etc.) that will also affect institutional allocations is currently being prepared and will be sent directly to your Business Officer early next week. This information will provide cash-flow projections and help to facilitate any budget revisions required by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

As requested by Secretary of Finance, Administration and Information Technology Preston Doerflinger, please submit a budget revision incorporating the reduced allotments of state appropriations to Vice Chancellor Amanda Paliotta (apaliotta at osrhe.edu<mailto:apaliotta at osrhe.edu>) and enter the reduction on the Office of Management and Enterprise Services Hyperion Budgeting System by the close of business on Friday, March 11, 2016. The State Regents will be asked to ratify the reduced allotments at their meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2016.
