Please note that there will be no Council of Business Officers' meeting on 4/16/2020.  Please remove that date from your calendars.  As the budget negotiations are on-going at the Capitol, you will be notified as soon as any definitive information is received on both the remainder of FY2020 and FY2021 revenue updates through a memo format.

Here is the currently anticipated schedule (subject to change) on the FY2021 budget cycle:

May 29, 2020                                   Public Hearing on Tuition Limits for FY21

May 29, 2020                                   State Regents approve allocations  -FRIDAY   Allocation packets will be emailed, as was done last year, upon approval by the State Regents.

June 10, 2020                                   Institutional Budgets due to State Regents' Office

June 10, 2020                                   Tuition and Mandatory Fee Proposals due to the State Regents' Office.

June 12, 2020                                   Annual Campus Master Plan EXCEL Spreadsheet to be returned.

June 26, 2020                                   Electronic budget entry on OMES EXCEL Worksheet Format for both Operating and Capital FY21 Budgets

June 24, 2020                                   Tuition Review Hearings (tentative date)

June 25, 2020                                   State Regents' meeting to approve FY2021 budgets and tuition proposals
