Good afternoon,

The first week of session has come to a conclusion! I wanted to thank everyone for their work this week and consistent engagement across the legislature to support our system. We have been receiving tremendous feedback from legislators and partners. It is early of course, but your efforts have been recognized. Included in this email is our overall bill list in excel, the priority list in word format, and our Universal FAFSA talking points for SB93.

Some key dates for the team. Please take note of the meeting on February 22nd which will serve as an opportunity to hear and connect with Senate Education Chair Pugh and be our legislative network meeting for the week.

Legislative Network Meeting - Monday, February 13th at 12 p.m. - Zoom
Higher Education Day - Tuesday, February 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. - Oklahoma State Capitol
Legislative Network Meeting with Senator Adam Pugh - Wednesday, February 22nd at 10:00 a.m. - Oklahoma State Capitol (Room to be announced)

If there is legislation which you believe to be of importance to our system which is not listed, please be sure to provide this feedback. As committees agendas are updated, we will keep everyone updated to priority legislation being heard.
