The Oklahoma Legislature has appropriated funds to 21 Program Manager agencies for the administration of ARPA projects across the state of Oklahoma.  These funds were appropriated during 2022 and, as you are aware, must by obligated by December 2024 and expended by December of 2026.  The Legislature is seeking an evaluation of the status of these projects and 929 Strategies is assisting in this evaluation.

As part of this 929 Strategies will be sitting down with each agency to go through the list of projects to ensure the projects are on track and are meeting legislative intent. This is not a "gotcha" meeting, rather it is an opportunity for us to hear from the agencies some of the issues they may be facing in administering the projects and potential obstacles or successes to replicate.

These meetings will be taking place throughout the month of March, to report back to the Legislature by the first part of April.
As part of this review, we will be compiling a file for each project.  We will walk through this document for each of the projects when we meet, but I have attached a first draft of a proposed template.  Some of the information will be filled out ahead of time and some when we meet.
