[Cobo] FY26 Budget Cycle Timeline

Please find the attached budget timeline for the FY26 budget cycle.  Should there be any changes to this schedule we will communicate with you.  Budget forms and the Campus Master Plan template will be send by separate emails and the FY26 Tuition forms were sent to the list serv on April 4, 2025, from Zac Dumas.

March 27, 2025           Posting of the Tuition Peer Limits for FY26

April 24, 2025               Public Hearing on Tuition Limits for FY26

May 30, 2025            State Regents approve allocations -FRIDAY                (allocation packets will be sent electronically)

June 11, 2025              Institutional Budgets due to State Regents' Office

June 11, 2025               Annual Campus Master Plan EXCEL Spreadsheet to be returned.

June 11, 2025               Tuition and Mandatory Fee Proposals due to the State Regents' Office.

June 26, 2025               Electronic budget entry on OMES EXCEL Worksheet Format for both Operating and Capital FY26 Budgets

June 25, 2025               Tuition Review Hearings -Presidents will receive a tentative time slot for presentation for confirmation.

June 26, 2025              State Regents' meeting to approve FY2026 budgets and tuition proposals
