Please work with your IT, HR and/or appropriate staff at your institution on loading the data into a new platform.  Attached are guides and the URL is noted below.

Hey Sheri!  This is a follow-up to my prior email.  We are moving the process to load the alpha list /OpenBooks payroll data from PeopleSoft HCM to PeopleSoft Financials.  Would you please send this out to your institutions?


Transparency Reporting
Transparency (OpenBooks) file uploads will be transitioning from PeopleSoft (PS) HCM to PS Financials beginning May 1, 2025 for the April 2025 reporting. The file layout and requirements will remain the same, the files will just be loaded in PS Financials instead of the PS HCM system. The process will be similar to that of PS HCM and the page will have a familiar look.  If you have already reported your April 2025 information, you will need to do so again using the new process.

The attached user guide will provide information needed for navigation and file uploads.

If you experience any issues logging in or having access to the specified menu option, please submit a help desk ticket via email, requesting assignment to Customer Success Identity and Access Management team and we will be happy to assist.
