This email serves as an official notification and request for the submission of your institution's potential projects to be funded through the Real Property Master Lease Program during the 2026 calendar year.
The attached letter provides full details regarding this opportunity and the required listing components.
🗓️ Key Deadlines and Requirements

Submission Deadline: Please submit your listing to this office no later than close of business Friday, January 23, 2026. This deadline is necessary to allow us sufficient time to compile the system-wide listing for submission to the legislature within the first seven days of the legislative session, as required by law.
  *   Legislative Review: The submission of the system-wide listing within the first seven days of the session will initiate the required 45-day legislative review period.

Project Preference: As you prepare your submission, please remain mindful of the current economic environment and prioritize projects that offer savings to your institution or are necessary for the safety and well-being of your students and faculty.

📝 Listing Components
Your submission should include the following five components for each potential project:

  1.  Name of the institution
  2.  Name of the project
  3.  Location of the proposed project
  4.  Estimated total cost to be financed
  5.  Brief description of the project
