[Cobo] Deferred Maintenance Project Progress Reporting - Second Quarter FY-25

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I hope everyone had a meaningful and joyous holiday season.

As I have previously indicated, we are committed to full transparency and accountability regarding the funds appropriated for deferred maintenance this fiscal year and going forward. I truly appreciate everyone providing a status report at the end of the first quarter of FY-25. It is now time to compile a similar report as to project(s) and their status for the first two quarters. I am attaching the base template for your review and use.

I appreciate your efforts in providing this information. As I have mentioned, you are far more experienced in project recordkeeping and management than me, so any suggestions to improve our information elements and our process is welcomed. Please do not hesitate to add any information you deem relevant as part of your response.

I believe the information will be quite important as the Legislature begins the 2025 Regular Session.

Please make every effort to respond by January 21, 2025 .
