[Cobo] Deferred Maintenance Funds

At its meeting yesterday afternoon, the Long Range Capital Planning Commission approved the distribution of $101.25 million in deferred maintenance funding for higher education. Chancellor Burrage has signed the MOU with the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority to facilitate receipt of these funds. We anticipate that institutional allocations – approved by the State Regents at their May 2025 meeting (see page 57.15 of the attached agenda item) – will be distributed to institutions within the next 30 days.
