[Coil-l] unCOILed 2013: New development with lunches

I think extending the lunch hour - make it 2 hours if necessary - might be
the easiest solution, although if no one has yet registered then adding an
extra charge for lunch would also make sense. Folks could always bring a
bag lunch if they preferred that, I suppose?
