[Coil-l] Final COIL Meeting Tomorrow!

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to remind all of you that the final COIL meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, December 19th, at 1:30 pm. The meeting will be at the Stratton Taylor Library at Rogers State University at 1:30 pm.  We will be electing/ confirming new officers (I hope!), so make it if you can, either online or in person.

I sent around a Google Hangouts invitation to those of you who asked for one.  If you want to attend online and did not receive an invitation, let me know.

So far, these are the people who are running for or are confirmed for officer positions:
1.  Megan Donald: Chair
2. Krista Ramirez: Secretary
3. Adam Brennan: Webmaster

Is anyone interested in the Vice Chair position?

We will meet at El Banquete at 11:30 for lunch.  The restaurant is at 1331 W. Will Rogers Blvd. in Claremore.

Please send me a confirmation if you plan to attend.  I hope to see you all there.

Also, Megan asked for everyone to start thinking about what kinds of events, workshops, etc. they would like to see for COIL next year.
