[CoIT-PrivateHigherEd] [CoIT] Question from University of Tulsa

I’m absolutely interested! We’re not Banner but similar with Colleague. They are presenting a contract now that is 6-figures annually for 5 years. That seems high to me but it might not be. I just want to compare to ensure we’re not getting gauged. We have <5k headcount.

What particular TouchNet product are you interested in?

The reason I ask is that the OSU/A&M System has a contract for TouchNet AR services (i.e. Bill+Payment, Payment Gateway, etc.) and integration with Banner across our institutions. We also implemented another system contract with TouchNet for their OneCard product this past year at CSC, NEO, and OPSU and are currently deploying this to LU as well.

This is a great question but I do not know of any state contract. I would be extremely curious to know what my peers are spending as I believe we are spending too much. Anxious to hear from the rest of quite to see what their experiences are

Are there any state agreements with TouchNet for services? We are about to renegotiate our contract and wanted to see if I had any numbers to bounce off them. In Arkansas we didn’t sign our next contract without price-checking with peers. Or contract review with Gartner but we don’t have Gartner at TU currently.
