We are a relatively new customer with TouchNet. We signed our contact last October so our first year (8 months) was pro-rated. Our contract states the price of $92,500 with a 4% increase per year over the applicable amount for the immediately preceding year. We also paid them a one-time Professional Service Fee of $33,050, and we pay Ellucian a fee of $32,000 for cloud software.

This is a great question but I do not know of any state contract. I would be extremely curious to know what my peers are spending as I believe we are spending too much. Anxious to hear from the rest of quite to see what their experiences are

Are there any state agreements with TouchNet for services? We are about to renegotiate our contract and wanted to see if I had any numbers to bounce off them. In Arkansas we didn’t sign our next contract without price-checking with peers. Or contract review with Gartner but we don’t have Gartner at TU currently.
