[Counselors] Concurrent Scheduling Question

Hello,

I’m reaching out to learn how you schedule students who are taking
concurrent courses online. Do these students have a designated period
during the school day where they are on your campus in a classroom with a
teacher or monitor? Alternatively, are they permitted to be off campus
during their online concurrent hours, such as at the beginning or end of
the day?

Currently, we require our students to remain on campus during their online
concurrent period with a monitor present. However, we are evaluating
whether this is the most effective use of faculty/staff time and are
exploring other possible approaches.

We would greatly appreciate hearing how your school handles this and what
has been most successful for you.
