[D2l-alert] December Maintenance

OneNet will be performing  Datacenter maintenance that will impact D2L on
December 20th, from 3:00am until 12:00pm.  It is our goal to be finished
before 12:00pm, your redirected pages will be taken offline as soon as
maintenance is complete.
