[D2l-alert] Issue with App1 Server

The BCC process for OCU, which runs at 4:00am, has created a high CPU
utilization on the App1 server.  I have opened a ticket with D2L.  I have
not stopped the issue in case D2L needs to see it in this state.  However if
it is impacting your users I will take that server offline and just leave
App2 and App3 online.
