Subject: [D2l-alert] FW: Service Pack collection is now released

I would like to request the SP10 service pack be applied unless someone else already has requested it. Is that okay? My understanding in the past is that it would require little or no downtime with perhaps a restart of services required. I will request an early morning time. Since TEST is on 10.1, the service pack would be applied directly to PROD. I would like to hear from both SWOSU and OCU. Thanks.

The latest Service Pack Collection is now released for General Availability (GA).

The Service Pack collection includes the following:

Learning Suite 10.1.0 SP6
Learning Suite 10.0.0 SP10
Learning Suite 9.4.1 SP15

Documentation for released Service Packs is posted to the Desire2Learn Community<https://community.desire2learn.com/index.asp>. It can be found under Documentation > Under "Help Yourself", click the "Releases" tab, click the link for Service Pack Documentation<https://community.desire2learn.com/d2l/lms/content/viewer/main_frame.d2l?cfql=1&tId=130577&ou=1947>.

Actions: To request your Service pack deployment, please contact the Desire2Learn Service Desk or TAM (if applicable). Clients on shared instances are not required to request their service pack.

NOTE:  We do apologize for the delay in release of these service packs. We have implemented some additional internal testing requirements, therefore Service Pack release dates may vary.
