[D2l-alert] D2L Test Upgrade 10.2 Complete

I am just forwarding on information about the 10.2 upgrade. A reminder the database was not refreshed to match Prod because we are at different versions. When we have prod back to the same as test we will do a refresh:

Liam finished the upgrade late
last evening; it is now complete. 
 
Please take a look at the
Upgrade Center on the Community for more information about the release. If you
run into any issues, please contact our support team to ensure everything is
logged and tracked properly. If you are logging issues through the portal,
please use the following format in the subject line:
 
 
 
LE10.2 SP1 – OSRHE_Test –
<orgname> - <issue>
 
 
 
We encourage you to test all
customizations including:
 
· OrgDefiinedID Login
Logic
 
 
 
Please ensure that you assign
any issues the proper priority and follow the normal escalation path if you
feel that your issue is not being responded to in a timely manner.
 
 
 
As you proceed with your testing
plan, also be sure to take a look at our new ‘Upgrade Guide’ for 10.2, located
on the Community in the Upgrade Center, and I have also attached it to this
email.
 
 
 
If you are utilizing any
Desire2Learn Integration Products with the Learning Suite (such as SIS
Integration, Kaltura or Google Apps), it is important to review and understand
the release notes associated with those products.
