[D2l-alert] D2L Appears to Be Down

The services need to be restarted on the server. It may be only one app server that is affected. Good morning!!

I can bring up the login page at Rose from on campus, but when I login I see variable names instead of the proper language terms. Frank, do we have a problem connecting to the SQL server or a problem with the log files? Thanks for checking into this. We have final exams this week. Yikes!!
