[D2l-alert] D2L Appears to Be Down

Hi Chris,

Chris it was App3 server.  That server had automatic windows updates setup,
which it installed at 3:00am this morning and the D2L service manager
didn't startup properly.  App1 and App2 were working fine.  I have resolved
this issue.
