Short description: d2l-app2-w2k8 server is giving a 500 error when trying to access any of our hosted sites
Description: d2l-app2-w2k8 server is giving a 500 error when trying to access any of our hosted sites. I am not sure what caused the server to stop working, but I did see errors in the application log related to d2l.core.services.servicemanager.exe application error beginning at 12/17 at 12:02.
Status: Frank is working with D2L.

Short description: Microsoft Office documents not loading in the document viewer on TEST
Description: Our TEST site was recently upgraded to 10.3.0 SP1. We noticed today that Microsoft Office documents do not load in IE, Firefox or Chrome in the document viewer in Content. Other file formats load properly, but MS Office documents remain in a loading state.
Status: Waiting on D2L with no report on status since 2013-12-17 08:23:58.
I thought I would try to summarize current D2L issues we have working. If anyone knows of others, please let me know so I can add them to my list. If you have new information not in the Helpdesk ticket, please let us know that too. Thanks.
