FYI... I have already spoken with Shelley Constant to upgrade to 10.3.0 SP1 on TEST. We will be comparing the latest version of D2L on our TEST site to the Canvas learning management system next spring. We will make a decision soon about whether we want to continue with the plan to upgrade PROD to 10.3.0 SP1 on January 6th. I would still like to move forward with the OS upgrade on the 11/24 so we don't prevent the upgrade possibility should we decide to proceed. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns. The latest Service Pack Collection is now released for General Availability (GA).

The Service Pack collection includes the following:
Learning Suite 10.3.0 SP1
Learning Suite 10.2.0 SP5
Learning Suite 10.1.0 SP13
Learning Suite 10.0.0 SP17

Documentation for released Service Packs is posted to the Desire2Learn Community<https://community.desire2learn.com/login/>. It can be found under Documentation > Under "Help Yourself", click the "Releases" tab, click the link for Service Pack Documentation<https://community.desire2learn.com/d2l/lms/content/viewer/main_frame.d2l?cfql=1&tId=130577&ou=1947>.

Actions: To request your Service pack installation, please login to https://helpdesk.desire2learn.com and select "Request a Service Pack". Clients on shared instances are not required to request their service pack.
