[D2l-alert] D2L appears to be down

Are we having another issue? A student just contacted Rose D2L Support with an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. She can connect to the server on her phone but receives the error when trying to connect on her computer. I can pull up the site fine from home. Is anyone else having trouble?

D2L is investigating the issue.  I have temporarily suspended the app2 server in the load balancer since it was not responding so D2L is working on that server at this time.

I was just able to log on here at OCU, and I haven’t heard any questions from students today (though our campus was closed until 10:00, so no one was probably trying to log on before that).

We have had multiple reports that seem to be from both on and off campus that they are not able to log in to D2L...so we are down.
