[D2l-alert] January 6th Notice - ORSHE

[Upgrades]

Hello everyone,

The upgrade will begin at 8am ET on Jan. 6th and will continue over two days, to end around 4pm ET on Jan. 7th.  I sent an email earlier this week around the details of this upgrade. Please refer to the attached email. This email also contains reference to documentation which includes details around the maintenance page.

Could we please be sure that when D2L performs the upgrade on Monday, that we have a system maintenance notice posted for our visitors who try to access the site? It would be nice if there was an estimate of the time that the server will return to operation. Thank you.
