Hi all,

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are ready to get back in the 
swing of things.  I can't believe classes are already about to start 
back tomorrow.  Where did the summer go?  And why did it leave all this 
heat behind?

Speaking of the heat and all this sunshine we've got such a supply of, I 
hope the great minds in charge of our new facilities are thinking of 
using some solar power, since we have such an abundance of it, and it's 
got to be good for something besides making us complain about the heat.  
And lots of shade trees would certainly make things more pleasant in a 
lot of places.  It's like an email I recently got said, "You know you're 
in Oklahoma in the summertime when the best parking place is determined 
by shade, not by distance."  Amen.

Our menu for today includes:

            Spaghetti
           Breadsticks
          Baked potato bar
          Whole little potatoes
          Green peas
          Italian vegetables
          Okra
          Rice
         
And try our Soup and Sandwich Bar today featuring Pizza Pizazz Soup.

And for dessert we have Honey Bun Cake.  Yum, yum!
