Hi folks,

Boy, the moon was so full and beautiful this morning as I was driving to
work, it was hard to concentrate on the road and not just gaze at the
sky. Yes, I do come in very early in the morning. You know when you're
driving to work by the light of the moon, it's way too early. And I am
N. A. M. P. (Not a Morning Person.) I don't mind getting up early on
the weekends as long as I know I can enjoy the lovely morning and then
go back to bed when I've had my fill of it. I guess I'm just naturally
a night owl, which probably explains where my daughter gets it.

I believe today is check-in day for Latimer County Free Fair exhibits.
That means there should be lots of wonderful homemade goodies and
handcrafted items to look at and maybe even buy tomorrow, so be sure and
get by there and check it all out. If you have anything you've made
this past year, there might even be a category you could enter it in and
win some money.

Our menu for today includes:

            Beef tips and rice
            Mashed potatoes and gravy
            Green beans
            Rice
             Italian blend vegetables
             Hot rolls

Our fast food is a Deli selection with chips.

And for dessert I saw Drexel whipping up a fantastic looking Peanut
Butter Chocolate Bar, and you can have a piece if I don't eat it all first!

See you in the Cafeteria,

Rhoda :-)
