[Eoscstudents] Menu for Thurs. May 17

Hi folks,

Congratulations go out to our own Karen Harrison as the newly appointed 
Vice President of Academic Affairs, and to Mary Edith Butler for no 
longer being an "interim" vice president or an "assistant" vice 
president, but finally being promoted to the real thing.   It is 
wonderful to see deserving people being given the credit they  are due. 

We finally found the little kitten we had suspected one of our cats had 
hid out for a while now, so our little critter family grew by one cute 
little calico.  I told our daughter that could be her special birthday 
present, since it happened to have shown up on her 14th birthday. 

Our menu for today includes:

                Smothered pork chops with mushroom soup
                Chicken and biscuits
                Mashed potatoes and gravy
                Green beans
                Corn
                Hot rolls

Our fast food is Corn Dogs and French Fries.

And for dessert try some of our Cookie Bar.
