Free Flu Shots

Friday October 26th in the
East Cafeteria from 1:00-5:00pm.

The flu vaccine is available to all Eastern employees and students.

Just fill out a short form and you will receive your shot!

You must be at least 18 years old (parental consent is required for 
those under 18).
