[Eoscstudents] campus food drive

   The Library Media Center will sponsor its annual Thanksgiving Food 
Drive starting this week.  We ask that you bring non-perishable food 
and/or money
to donate to the drive until Nov. 12.  We will put boxes of food 
together for our student families who might need a little help during 
the holidays.  Any
money collected will be used to get meat gift certificates.  We will 
distribute the boxes Nov. 14 and 15. 
    It will seem like the food drive will be a short one this year, with 
homecoming activities and Statehood Day adding to the time period, so please
do not delay.  We usually are able to help at least seven families each 
year, and we would like to top our personal best of twelve families.  So 
please
be generous. 
   Students, if you bring in an equivalent amount of food, we will erase 
library fines, so it is an excellent way to help fellow students and 
take care of little library issues.
   It does go to help our own.  Thank you for your support!!
