[Eoscstudents] Menu for Thurs. April 17

Hi folks,

Well, we're a little over halfway through this busy month, and it's a 
relief that we have a few of our "major big deals" over and done with.   
If I didn't work here in the Cafeteria, I'd never believe all the stuff 
they do and have to prepare for.  You'd think it would just be 3 meals a 
day and that's that. BUT...We had a big DOC Cadette graduation last 
week, yesterday was the Sophomore Luncheon, and today is the DOC CLEET 
graduation, among other things.  The ball teams are always needing sack 
lunches, and due to the weather, it can sometimes be at very short 
notice, due to a suddenly rescheduled game, and there are always other 
little things going on that really keep our "To Do" board covered up.   
And of course, they still do prepare 3 regular meals a day come rain or 
shine! 

Be sure and get into the Bookstore while they're having their BIG 
SALE!   Everything is 75% off, (except for textbooks and food items).  

And if you're looking for something to do out in the wonderful weather 
this weekend, you don't have to go far.  Hop on down to the Second 
Annual Green Frog Festival right here in Wilburton, with all kinds of 
musical entertainment, including Jana Jae, "Queen of the Country Fiddle" 
on Fri. night, an art show, motorocycle show Sat. from 10:00 to 11:00, 
food booths, a magician, games and activities for the kids, arts and 
crafts, storytellers, and the Shawnee Shootists Re-enactor group, and 
don't you dare miss EASTERN'S RISING STARS on Saturday at 1:00, 
including our own Luke Forwoodson and Daniel Bacorn.  Be there or be 
square! 

Our menu for today includes:

                Goulash
                Scalloped potatoes
                Green beans
                Zucchini and tomatoes
                Fried squash
                Baked potato bar
                Hot rolls
                Burgers
                French fries

And for dessert have a piece of German Chocolate Cake.

I'll be off tomorrow, so will try to put out tomorrow's menu and the 
Sunday Buffet menu later today, and I'll tell you now to have a great 
weekend,
