[Eoscstudents] Menu for Wed. April 23

Hi folks,

Even though I'm sending the menu out to everyone, some of you should be 
eating at the Secretary's (excuse me, Administrative Professional's) Day 
Luncheon, so you all can just disregard this menu, as we will be having 
something different in the East Cafeteria.  I already got a wonderful 
surprise, as Mildred sent me flowers, and they are the most beautiful 
things!  And she promised not to spill anything on me when she serves me 
lunch too!  How can you beat that?

Even though I don't really want it to rain, I almost wish it would just 
to wash some of the pollen away.  Have you noticed lately that 
everything outside is coated in yellow dust?  If you don't move your 
vehicle for a while, you can start to see on the windshield a coating of 
yellow pollen.  And if there's any dampness or stickiness on your 
windshield or anywhere else on your vehicle, it will look like a pollen 
magnet!   Don't you know the allergy medicine manufacturers are loving it? 

Don't forget Guys and Dolls will be opening tomorrow night at 7:30 and 
run Fri. night and Saturday night here in Mitchell Auditorium, so make 
plans to come out one of those nights to see another fine performance by 
our Theatre Dept.  It's looking like I may not be able to make it til 
Saturday, but I sure don't want to miss it and you shouldn't either. 

Our menu for today includes:

            Tamale pie
            Mashed potato casserole
            Green beans
            Corn
            California blend vegetables
            BBQ sandwich
            Potato chips
           
And for dessert have some yummy Apple Cobbler.  It's especially good 
with some of our soft serve Ice Cream on top.
