Hi folks,

Belated birthday wishes go out to a real Eastern gem, Diamond Mills who 
celebrated her birthday on Monday, March 3.  Better late than never, 
Diamond.  I hope you had a really special day.

A very special evening is coming up this Friday, March 7.  There will be 
a musical concert featuring local talent, and EOSC  Children's Theater 
director, Dottie Minshall.  I've heard her sing and she can really give 
you goosebumps.   She will be performing a variety of vocal and flute 
numbers along with piano accompaniment by Kathy Brode of McAlester.  The 
concert will be held at the Presbyterian Church here in Wilburton at 108 
East Blair, and tickets will be $10 and will be available at the door 
which will open at 6:30 for the 7:00 performance.  Be sure and come hear 
this extraordinary performance.  Proceeds go to the Latimer County Arts 
Council to help provide arts education for local schools.  Refreshments 
will be provided.

Our menu for today includes:

          Pork chops
          Mashed potatoes and gravy
          Pinto beans
          Corn
          Fried okra
          Cornbread
          Corn dogs
          French fries

And for dessert have some Chocolate or Coconut Pie.
