[Eoscstudents] Menu for Cinco de Mayo

Happy Cinco de Mayo folks,

I hope you had a great weekend.  I really enjoyed mine.  I got to go to 
some good rummage sales, our PAWS adoption day, and yesterday I even 
climbed the caves at Robber's Cave State Park with my daughter and her 
boyfriend, (very slowly, but I did make it without killing myself.)

Please make note that if you will still be on campus this coming Friday 
evening, the Cafeteria will not be serving a meal that evening.  We will 
issue sack lunches to anyone who would have been eating dinner here, and 
these should be picked up by 2:00.   Please pass the word to anyone you 
know of who might fall into this category. 

It's encouraging to see activity finally starting on the new building 
we've been waiting on for so long on campus.  I hated to see the row of 
trees come down first thing, though, but  I did look on the website and 
see the illustration of the new building, and noticed that there are 
some trees in the drawing, so that made me feel better.  

Our menu for lunch today includes:

            Steak fingers
            Mashed potatoes and gravy
            Rice
            Vegetable blend
            Sweet peas
            Macaroni and tomatoes
            Baked potato bar
            Hot rolls
            Fish
            French fries

And for dessert have a taste of summer with our Ice Cream and Toppings.
