[Eoscstudents] Menus for Friday May 9 and Sunday Buffet on May 11

Hi folks,

I'm playing hooky Friday so I'm sending this out early.  I thought I'd 
have a whole day to do whatever I wanted or needed to do without anyone 
to put a kink in it, and then found out my husband is coming home from 
his pipeline job earlier than expected, so we may wind up just doing 
whatever he needs to do.  No telling what that will be.  Maybe I ought 
to get a jump on this and have him a "Honey-Do" list made out for when 
he gets in.   Hmmmm...

Our menu for Friday May 9 includes:

             Chicken fried steak
             Mashed potatoes and gravy
             Brussel sprouts
             Corn
             Green beans

And for dessert have some luscious Cobbler.

And for our Mother's Day Sunday Buffet we will have:

             Baked ham
             Roast beef
             Mashed potatoes
             Brown gravy
             Biscuits
             3 vegetables
             A full salad bar

And for dessert, Strawberry Shortcake!  Yum!

Bring mom and come out for a really good meal on her special day.
