[Eoscstudents] Delay in Refund Checks

I am sorry to inform you that we will not have any refund check on 
Wednesday Feb 18, 2009. There was a problem in the system and it has 
delayed us a few days. We hope to have this corrected and have some 
refund checks on Friday Feb 20, 2009.
