This company is looking for students who can be a mystery shopper at our 
bookstore.  Please read the following.

Thank you for speaking with me today.  Our website is 
www.sinclaircustomermetrics.com.  We do one customer service evaluation 
a month for the local college book store and the pay varies from $9 + $5 
reimbursement for regular service shops to $11 for refund shops.  The 
questionnaire is 15-25 questions long depending on the type of shop and 
is filled out on our website.  Prospective Shoppers need to register on 
our website, as they must have a Shopper ID to be assigned a scheduled job.

Thank you much for your assistance in this.

P.S.  The job we need to get done this month is a refund and we are 
offering a bonus of $5, for a total of $16, as we need to get it done 
before the end of this month.

1. Submit reports by 2:00 p.m. CST the following day of your shop to:

2. Include comments that support all "no" responses.
3. Send in receipts for all reports by the end of every month.

It is important to remember that our clients regularly review security 
videos to verify that the information reported in assessments is 
accurate.  Reporting false data will result in your removal from our 
shopper program.
