Hi folks,

I'm running a little behind this morning.  I guess I got out of my 
routine after going to the training session on productivity and managing 
your time first thing this morning.  I did learn from it that we should 
do what we don't want to do first, so I guess I was thinking I'd better 
get on inventory, but in reality, I need to send out the menu first, 
(which is more enjoyable to me), so that people will be able to get it 
before lunch.  It just seems to work better that way.  (That was 
probably included in the part about deadlines.)

Very Happy Birthday wishes go out today to recent employee of the month, 
Diamond Mills.  I hope she has a wonderful day.

All you budding actors and/or singers out there, don't forget to show up 
for open auditions for Little Shop of Horrors today at  6:00 in the 
Choir Room in Pratt Hall.  I've seen the movie and it should be a hoot 
to be in.  

Our menu for today includes:
             Pork loin
             Mashed potatoes and brown gravy
             Macaroni and cheese
             Green beans
             Scandinavian blend vegetables
             Brussels sprouts
             Meatball subs
             Potato chips
             Hot rolls

And for dessert have some Apricot Cobbler or Banana Pudding.
