Hi folks,

Well, the prediction of colder weather came through with flying colors!  
My thermometer shows 38 degrees.  I believe yesterday it was closer to 
68.  That's Oklahoma weather.  You gotta love it.  But let's still hope 
it gets better before next week.  Who wants a cold spring break!   I 
thought Danny and Alan were teasing yesterday when they said our air 
conditioning would be working over here today, but guess what?  
Evidently they weren't.  BRRRR!

Our menu for today includes:
             Roast pork
             Taco salad
             Irish nachos (No, they're not green, they're waffle fries 
with cheese sauce)
             Panhandler potatoes with peppers and onions
             Pinto beans
             Jalapeno cornbread
             Corn
             Okra

And for dessert have some yummy Strawberry Cobbler.
