[Eoscstudents] Menu for Thurs. March 26

Hi folks,

It's Biggest Loser weigh-in day again, time to see whether we gained 
ground or lost it during Spring Break.  My family and I went walking a 
few days recently, so I guess I'll get to see if that helped me lose 
weight or just work up an appetite! 

Don't forget about the EOSC Horticulture Dept. plant sale at the 
greenhouse open to all employees from 1:00 to 4:00.  I love plants and 
flowers, but sometimes think they don't love me.  I think I have a brown 
thumb rather than a green one.  (I seem to do better with dogs and cats 
who can go get their own water.)   I worry that if I get something it'll 
be like sentencing it to a slow death, but I know some of you could get 
a great start on a beautiful yard at this sale and support our 
Horticulture Dept. at the same time.   And for the general public, the 
Horticulture Dept. will be holding a sale tomorrow starting at 10:00 in 
front of Fern's in downtown Wilburton.

Happy Birthday wishes go out today to Coach Aric Thomas.  I hope his 
birthday hits a home run!

For anyone interested, we will be having our monthly PAWS meeting this 
evening at the Latimer County Library at 7:00.  Come and attend if 
you're concerned about the welfare of dogs, (and cats and other 
critters, really).

Our menu for today includes:
                 Mesquite grilled chicken breast
                Scalloped potatoes
                Sweet peas
                Broccoli and cheese sauce
                Baked potato bar
                Burritos with chili and cheese
                Hot rolls

And for dessert try a helping of luscious Peach Cobbler!
