Hi folks,
I couldn't believe it when I didn't wake up to the sound of rain this
morning! That's been such a common occurrence lately, that it seems odd
when it doesn't happen. But the blue sky is sure nice to see for a day
or so before the next storm front rolls in about this evening or
tomorrow. Don't lose your rubber boots just yet!
Another Biggest Loser weigh-in is today. Just 6 weeks left to shed
those unwanted pounds and win this thing! Not a long time, but not
without obstacles either, with Halloween candy and later all that
wonderful Thanksgiving home cooking coming up between you and your
goal. Just remember, moderation is the key. Don't deprive yourself to
the extent that you can't stand it and go off on an eating binge and
ruin all your previous efforts.
Our menu for today includes:
Brisket
Scalloped potatoes
Broccoli and cheese
Green beans
Hot rolls
Pizza
Broccoli and cheese soup
And for dessert, have a piece of yummy Cheesecake!
