[Eoscstudents] Menu for Mon. Sept. 13

Hi folks,

I hope everyone had a great weekend.  They always go by so quickly and I 
never get enough done that I intend to get done.  Mostly because after 
working all week, I just need to rest and recharge.  I barely made it to 
the PAWS adoption day this weekend.  I came in late and they closed up 
early due to the heat.  We hadn't expected it to be quite as warm as it 
got.  Several dogs and a couple of drop in cats were adopted out, so 
that was very encouraging. 

Hard to believe it's practically the middle of September already.  It'll 
be time for Fall Festival (and Fall Break) before you know it. 

Our menu for today includes:
          Chicken fried steak
          Mashed potatoes and gravy
          Corn
          Green beans
          California blend vegetables
          Spinach
          Hot rolls

And for dessert, have a creamy, delicious piece of Cheesecake.
