[Eoscstudents] Dorm app reminder

Students:
If you are going to be staying in the dorm next year, do not forget to 
fill out a new dorm application for the 2011-2012 school year and get 
those to me as soon as possible, preferably before you leave for the 
summer. You do not owe the non-refundable application fee if you have 
already paid it. That is a one-time fee only. If you have any 
questions, please call me @X818 or respond to this email.  

Also, remember all of your belongings must be removed from your dorm 
room by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13th, the last day of finals. Please 
remove any trash to the cans provided or to the dumpster. If it is 
left behind, you will be charged an improper checkout fine and turn in 
both of your dorm keys. As stated at the dorm meeting, sweep up and 
mop up as your room will be used by campers this summer.
