[Eoscstudents] E-mail Migration 08/17/11 After 5:00 pm

Attn:  Students, Faculty & Staff:

 

Our current email platform will be migrated to a newer platform on Aug. 17,
2011 after 5:00 pm.  If you use WebMail  (iPlanet) to check your mail, you
will need to start using your entire email address in the UserID field,
example below. 

 

All  account properties will be migrated, for example all sent/inbox
messages will look just as it did prior to the migration.

 

Outlook users will not be affected by this change.

 

You may experience a slow-down in service during this time.  Estimated time
is about 4 hours.
