Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

I hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day today.  The rest of the 
ice and snow should pretty much all melt off today, as temperatures are 
supposed to warm up into the 60's or so, making for a beautiful day in 
our part of the world, followed by several more progressively warmer 
days this week.  What a switch from the last couple of weeks when we 
were all snowed in for days! 

Happy Birthday wishes go out today to Mr. Chris Ames of our Computer 
Services Department.  He's a real sweetheart, and deserves to have a 
wonderful day!

Our basketball teams will take on Carl Albert this evening here in our 
fieldhouse at 6:00 and 8:00 so come on out for some great basketball 
action.  There will also be a giveaway of a free pair of earrings and 
candy compliments of Sewell's Jewelry in McAlester to some lucky fan.  
If you can't make it to the game, tune in to it on EOSC Mountaineer 
Radio at www.radio.eosc.edu. 

Also on Mountaineer Radio with Dougo this morning there will be a steak 
dinner compliments of the Stubborn Mule Steakhouse and a candy bouquet 
courtesy of Bear's Candy Creations Scrappin' and More given away to some 
lucky listener.  Tune in and you could be the one!  And be sure to 
spread the word about our wonderful internet radio station to all your 
friends, especially those who may have attended Eastern or lived here in 
the past and would like to keep in touch with Wilburton and the 
surrounding area.  They can listen to our local happenings from anywhere 
in the world that has the internet. 

Our menu for today includes:
       Green chili chicken enchiladas
       Refried beans
       Mexican rice
       Baked potatoes

And for dessert, try some Oreo Cheesecake!
