[Eoscstudents] Menu for Thurs. March 10

Hi folks,

One day after today and we'll officially be on Spring Break!  I haven't 
spoken to a single person who's not happy about that.  The Cafeteria 
will close after lunch tomorrow, and will reopen for breakfast on Monday 
March 21.

Very Happy Birthday wishes go out today to Biology instructor Pat 
Ratliff.  She's been a wonderful addition to our EOSC family and I hope 
she has a super birthday!

All you music lovers, (and who's not?), don't forget about the Spring 
Concert this evening at 7:00 in Mitchell Auditorium.  Come hear and 
enjoy what Mr. Paul Enis and his very talented music students can do! 

Our menu for today includes:
             Smothered pork chops
             Mashed potatoes and gravy
             Stuffing
             Peas
             Green beans
             Catalina blend vegetables
             Hot rolls
And for dessert, have some Apple Cobbler.
