[Eoscstudents] Menu for TGI Friday March 11

Hi folks,

Well, when we make it through today, we'll be on Spring Break!  I 
haven't heard of anyone having any big plans, other than students going 
home, but everyone I've talked to is ready for a break.

Don't forget to set your clocks forward this weekend, as Daylight 
Savings Time begins.  But hey, we're going to be on Spring Break!  Who 
needs a clock?

We do have a few of our EOSC family who will be celebrating their 
birthdays over Spring Break.  Animal Science instructor, Todd Blocker, 
will celebrate his big day on Tues. March 15; Peery Lee of Gear Up, and 
husband of Melissa Lee, will celebrate his on St. Paddy's day; and Kathy 
Howe, with Student Support Services, will celebrate hers on Sunday March 20.

Don't forget the Cafeteria will close after lunch today and remain 
closed until breakfast on March 21. 
Our menu for today includes:

         Beans
          Cornbread
          Shrimp
          Fish
          Scalloped potatoes
          Fried squash
          Corn
And for dessert, have a piece of Chocolate Cake.
