Actually, I ordered it in a blanket P.O. from Amazon.  When the invoice
comes in, I can send the specific one with the video to you and indicate
that Honors ordered it.  At least, this is what I do with others that order
books under our account (as there is only one like this, I guess).  I am
sure that this will work, but if you are not comfortable with this method, I
will do whatever is needed!  Then, Diamond just needs to enter a requisition
(today, if possible) for $95.95.  I am not sure how the Honors account is
set-up, but ours is called library materials.  Yours might be something
closer to what you referenced.

Sounds good and I believe that Honors can handle it.  However, you know how
they are about reimbursements so I think we should think of a way to call it
something like "supplies for community service" or something better than
that and then we will simply transfer funds.  You do this purchasing thing
more than I do, so I defer to your knowledge and experience.  Tell me what
to do and I will get Diamond to enter the PO.--rb

You are sooo sweet!  I had to pay extra for the shipping to get it here.  It
ended up being $95.95.  

It was my decision to do that this morning, so please DO NOT feel obligated
to use Honors funds.

I think these ideas are great!  Let Honors pay for the movie.  We have more
money than the Library.not more money, but less reasons to spend it!  Let me

Hi, 

Although I'll never admit how much I paid, I did find the movie.  It will be
here by the 5th.  Did you want to show it then?  I will get Keith to have
the screen ready.

Also, I have 3 books on the way of Sakado. one for Honors program
presentations, one for the library, and one to give away on May 7th or just
before the end. this will help get people into the library (I hope).  I will
give them an entry for every crane they make--- sound good??

Maria "Gaby" Arroyo will be doing the display, as she is our new employee in
charge of that. and many other things.  She is just as excited as the rest
of us!!
