Hi folks,

Welcome back!  I hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day weekend.  I 
can't believe how much nicer the weather is now!  This is more like it!  
I'm having to send my menu from Mildred's computer as mine has frozen up 
this morning.  Maybe it doesn't like the cooler weather, but I'll be the 
rest of us do.

Be sure and wish long time Physical Plant employee Danny Foster a Happy 
Birthday this Thursday as he celebrates his big day.  I bet there'll be 
a party somewhere!

A Community Theatre meeting is planned for this Saturday at 4:00 at the 
Gallery on Main Street.  If you're interested in any aspect of the 
theatre, please make plans to attend.

Our planned menus for the week are:

Tuesday:          Hamburger steak, Chicken strips, Green bean casserole, 
Macaroni and cheese, California blend vegetables, Hot rolls,             
                and  Chocolate Cake.

Wednesday:    Spaghetti with meat sauce, Broccoli, Steamed red skin 
potatoes, Baby carrots, Garlic bread sticks, and Apple Cobbler.

Thursday:        Chicken fried chicken, Mashed potatoes and gravy, Fried 
okra, Blackeyed peas, Winter blend vegetables, Hot rolls, and         
                Chocolate and Coconut cream pies.

Friday:            Shrimp, Fish, Crispy cube potatoes, Pinto beans, 
Macaroni and cheese, Corn on the cob, Cornbread and Cookies.
