[Eoscstudents] Transcripts

Dear Eastern students:

It is that time of year again when students are looking at attending
universities beyond Eastern or changing colleges in the spring. As a result,
official transcripts will be needed. Please get your requests in to us
early. If you need Fall 2012 semester grades to be on the transcript, please
state that on your request form. These forms can be found on Eastern's
website. Please go to the word "Transcripts" highlighted in yellow at the
bottom of the page, click and complete the form. We will need your picture
id and your signature in order to fulfill your request.  As always, you may
also come by the Registrar's Office, located in Room 107 in the
Administration Bldg. and fill out the form in person.
