[Eoscstudents] EOSC Cafeteria Menus for July 15-19

Hi folks,
 
Well, the Cafeteria crew is back this week, and cooking up a storm!  We've got the Church of Christ Singing School Campers with us all week.  They've been coming here every summer for camp for a number of years, and we're always glad to have them.  It's always a pleasure to get to hear them sing if we get the chance.  
 
Our Lunch menus for this week include:
 
Monday:  Chicken fried chicken or hamburger steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, assorted vegetables, fresh salad bar, hot rolls, blackberry cobbler.
 
Tuesday:  Pork cutlets or beef goulash, steamed red potatoes and gravy, assorted  vegetables, fresh salad bar, hot rolls, punch bowl cake.
 
Wednesday:  Baked chicken breast or pepper steak, mashed potatoes or rice, assorted vegetables, fresh salad bar, hot rolls, strawberry shortcake.
 
Thursday:  Brisket or jambalaya, roasted potatoes, assorted fresh vegetables, hot rolls, fresh salad bar, peach cobbler.
 
Friday:  Tilapia, shrimp poppers, scalloped potatoes, assorted fresh vegetables, hot rolls or cornbread, fresh salad bar, banana split cake.
 
Dinner menus include:
 
Monday:  Baked ham or grilled chicken sandwich and chips, assorted vegetables, brownies.
 
Tuesday:  Meatloaf or hot wings, assorted vegetables, peanut butter cake.
 
Wednesday:  Beef stroganoff or chili dogs, assorted vegetables, assorted pies.
 
Thursday:  King Ranch Chicken or steak melts with fries, assorted vegetables, cookies.
 
Friday:  Pizza and pasta night featuring:  Pizza, Chicken Alfredo, spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, assorted vegetables, cherry cheesecake.
